If you are under the age of 18, you need signed confirmation from parent/legal guardian to be able to place an order. Do not send us money by mail. We do not take any responsibility for cash money, checks etc. sent by mail! Keep in mind that we can not guarantee that the pictures found on the site will reflect the 100% accurate look of the actual product.
Orderconfirmation
You will recive an orderconfirmation via email as soon as we have recived your order. Please tjeck the orderconfirmation so it´s correct, otherwise please get back to us with changes. All our prices include 25% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union shops tax free on PM Online Shop and will therefore not be charged for any tax. The 25% VAT will be excluded from the total amount when you recive your orderconfirmation.
Stock
All products found on the site are currently in stock unless other information is given. Any outstanding products will be sent as soon as we have the product in stock. Our ambition is to always have everything in stock.
Shippment & Rates with DPD
We charge approx 10 € (100SEK) in order to pack your goods and all EU countries has free shipping. Please note that the free shipping are not inclusive of any costs regarding cash on delivery or any import fees that you could be charged with when the package reaches your destination country. We ship within 2-5 working days.
Payment
PayPal: PayPal allows international customers to pay using their local payment methods and credit cards.
Payson: A Swedish payment service. Payson enables fast and secure payments without revealing your credit card or bank details when shopping online. Payson also offers direkt bank payments from Swedish banks; Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea.
Exchange & Refunds
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days after that you have received your package. The product/products must be returned unused and in mint condition. Exchange and refund is not valid to products purchased during SALE. At the occasion of exchange or refund, please contact us by mail or phone to recieve information of what address the product/products shall be returned to. Also state if you want us to reserve another size/product for you. After you have received the return address from us, send the package together with a return letter incl correct name, total adress incl phone/cellphone, email, and account number. Send the product/products well-packed. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will not be repayed. Only the cost for the purchased items will be refunded. The money transaction to your account will be made as soon as possible after that we have recieved the reurned package. It can be as long as two weeks though. If you wish to make an exchange to another product, you will be charged for the difference. If the product is cheaper the difference will be put back into the account stated on the return letter as soon as possible. If you find that the product/products have been damaged during shipping or that we have sent you the wrong product/size, contact us by e-mail for further instructions on how to make a complaint. In the case of an accepted complaint, the original shipping will be repayed along with the price for the purchased item/items. If you attach your shipping receipt, your return shipping will also be repayed.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable to you for any delay in, or performance of, our obligations provided to you in connection with this website arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including, but not restricted to, the following: Invasion, act of war, act of God, act of Government, Failure in information technology or telecommunications, labour dispute, fire, flood, industrial action, explosion of civil commotion.
